Our head chef

Head Chef Dian Botes is a notable South African chef currently serving as our head chef at Una Más Mezcalería and Qué Linda Restaurante. Botes began his culinary career after graduating in 2016, gaining experience at various establishments, including African Pride 15 on Orange, Mink and Trout Wine Bar Bistro, Chefs Warehouse & The Bailey under chef Liam Tomlin.

Chef Dian desired to hone his skills in producing exquisite Latin cuisine, which led him to become head chef for Tres Amigos Hospitality, the holding company for the Mexican-inspired Una Más and the newly established, Spanish-inspired Qué Linda.

Wine bar

Our wine bar offers an inviting atmosphere where patrons can savour a diverse selection of fine wines locally produced Spanish varietals using grapes from Spain

Accompanying the wine selection, the bar typically serves a variety of authentic Spanish tapas, including cured meats, olives, and seafood, providing a true taste of Spain in every bite.

The cozy, relaxed ambiance, often enhanced with rustic decor and soft lighting, makes it an ideal spot for socializing and enjoying the vibrant Spanish culture.

Our menu celebrates the rich and diverse flavours of Spanish cuisine, offering an array of traditional dishes crafted with authentic ingredients. Start your culinary journey with our selection of pinchos, bite-sized delights such as escalivada (Catalan-style fire-roasted vegetables), Jamón Ibérico (cured leg of pork), Pulpo a la Gallega (Galician-style octopus), and grilled prawns with garlic.

Experience the heart of Spanish gastronomy with our paellas, made with the finest saffron-infused rice and a variety of toppings, including succulent seafood, tender chicken, and flavourful mixed vegetables.

Indulge in the exquisite taste of Jamón Ibérico, renowned for its delicate marbling and melt-in-your-mouth texture, served with freshly baked bread and ripe tomatoes. Our menu also features classic tapas like patatas bravas, gambas al ajillo, and tortilla española, perfect for sharing and savouring.
